Located in Cassine Village, a beach community 3 blocks to the gulf, in Seagrove Beach, FL. We are 1.5 miles to Seaside, FL where the Truman Show was filmed. It is such an amazing place to visit. It is very quaint and charming and yet very relaxed. There is a bike path all along 30A (the main road that runs the beach) that you can walk, bike and run along. There are wonderful restaurants and shopping. The area has NO buildboards, franchises, or highrises (except 2 that were grandfathered) so the charm of the area is maintained. It really is like taking a step back in time. Our house normally rents for $1695/week in the summer but we had this week open and want someone to enjoy it and get a good deal. It is very spacious and has every amentity you would expect in a custom built home. The kitchen has premium appliances, Corian counter tops, a high bar with stools, a TV over the fridge and a walk in pantry. The main living area is open to the kitchen and has a pullout queen sleeper sofa, 2 Norwalk recliner chairs, lots of windows for natural light, 12 foot ceiling for an open feeling, TV/DVD player and a small swivel chair. The dining area is off to the side of the great room and seats eight comfortably. We also have 4 bar stools at the counter. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It is appointed with a king size bed, walk in closet, computer desk with big picture window looking over the back yard. The master bath has 2 sink areas for him an her as well as 2 toilets, a walk in shower and large jacuzzi tub. Off the family room is a screened in porch that is also very easily accessed from the master. Upstairs you will find 2 nice size bedrooms, both with queen beds and a shared bath. Both rooms have TV's and one has VCR and the other DVD. The both also have very nice closets. The outdoor living space in this home is just as nice as the inside. There is a large circle drive and side drive to park up to 4 cars comfortably. The large covered front porch as 2 rocking chairs and 2 adirondack chairs as well a swing. The side porch as a nice table to eat out with 4 chairs and the back screened in porch has a table that seats 2. Out back we also have 2 lounge chairs to sunbathe. For your use while staying with us, we also have 2 bikes to use free of charge. The house has wireless internet service and cable TV. What more can you ask for. We are a short walk to the gulf, 300 yards. There are also 2 pools in the complex, walking trails, tennis courts, basketball hoop and community pond. Also within walking distance is a coffee shop and 2 delis. Adjoining our complex is Point Washington State Forest. You can take the walking trails from our complex right into the forest. It is a very neat walk and very shaded with lots of big cypress trees, etc.Best of all, the beaches are amazing. The sand is sugar white and the gulf is very nice and warm this time of year. Destin is only 20 minutes away and they have lots to explore too including the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons where there is a Hard Rock Cafe, Rave Stadim seating movie theater and lots of great restaurants too. If you don't want to leave our area, there is so much to explore to keep you busy. We have great state parks/forests and you can also enjoy the small communities along 30 (Beaches of South Walton) including Watercolor, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, Seacrest, and more. It really is an area that you either have been to and want to come back to or an area you need to discover. I would only sell things I would like to receive.
