VHS rentals available at front desk. ·  Individually controlled Heat/Air conditioning. ·  Coin laundry on site. ·  Drink/ice machines on site. ·  Free parking for one vehicle. ·  Laundry chute and garbage chute on each floor. ·  Heated indoor pool with sun roof. ·  10 station weight room and exercise bike. ·  Video game room. ·  Spa with dry sauna, steam sauna and hot tub on the oceanfront. This unit is not handicapped equipped. This unit will be reserved in your name for this week, therefore, no refund will be offered.    Remember, also, that I cannot control mother nature !  If a hurricane blows in, I am sorry!  There are no refunds or re-books. Must be 21 years of age.   There is a parking deck across the street for additional cars.  If an additional car is needed, the Barclay can issue weekly parking passes for a fee.  All units are non-smoking.  4 persons per unit.   Adults may not check in minors and leave.   This is a family oriented timeshare facility.   This hotel is non-smoking - even on balconies.    Those with negative or zero feedback - please email.   By accepting this rental week,  Rentor(s) agree to accept responsibility for damage they cause to the unit or missing items. This is a timeshare rental, therefore, rentor is responsible for leaving unit in the same condition as when they arrived.  The hotel will provide you with check in and check out procedures.  They will charge a fee for excessive cleaning.   Once funds have cleared, a guest certificate will be issued in your name and a copy will be emailed to you.   To issue guest certificate we will need the following:  Names and ages of each guest.  The guest certificate will be requested as soon as the transaction has been finalized.  It will then be sent to you for your check-in.   This Ad is for one weekly rental, not a timeshare sale.
