The appliances are all new including dishwasher and microwave oven in addition to refrigerator and stove.  All dishes, blankets, pillows, utensils, can opener, toaster, blender, tea towels, pots,and pans are provided.  All you need to bring are your favorite linens, towels, and whatever SPF you require for those beautiful Ocean City beach days! Unit also features fully enclosed outdoor shower, shared laundry with downstairs unit, and one reserved parking spot for you and your family. Check-in time is 2 p.m., check out time is 10 a.m. Beach tags not included.
