Please note that the state of Hawaii assesses an occupancy tax on timeshare villas.  This tax will range between $3 and $8 per night, based on the size of the occupied villa and is payable at checkout. All adults in your party should be prepared to present a valid ID at check in. No pets are allowed on property. Arrangements may be made to prestock you villa with your favorite foods, snacks and beverages.  You may consult a vacation counselor for full information. Shuttles are available to access additional beaches, shopping outlets and dining venues from 8AM to 10 PM. After Purchase Buyer will pay a $500 deposit via paypal within 3 days of close of the auction and the remaining balance via paypal within 10 days of close of the auction.
