A 50% deposit needs to be paid immediately to book the reservation and the balance needs to be paid 60 days prior to your vacation, unless you will be using this right away, and then the balance is due once the reservation is made.  Once the deposit is made, I will be in contact with you regarding your vacation dates of choice.  I will contact the resort to book the reservation.  Once this is done, the deposit is nonrefundable.  If after your deposit is made, none of your desired dates are still available, I will issue a full refund.  It is wise to have several dates lined up.  Your deposit may be in the form of a check, money order, cashier's check or paypal.  As an added bonus, if you book your week after 9/1/08, the resort is running a special.  For a one week stay in a studio unit, you will actually get to stay almost three weeks in Maui.  Studio unit features a queen size bed, bathroom with a separate whirlpool tub and single vanity, bed linens and towels for 4, sofa bed, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchenette, washer and dryer, private lanai with outdoor furniture, high speed internet activity, 479 square feet of living space. Resort amenities include 3 outdoor swimming pools, full service spa, restaurant and general store, outdoor spa on pool deck, poolside bar, beach access, Westin kids club and the Keiki Courtyard featuring a variety of family activities.
