HEY GOLFER'S : How about this new beauty to rent for the golf trip. Townhouse is located in Bluffton SC, 13 miles to the ocean and Hilton Head Island. Townhouse is BRAND NEW and is perfect for the family or foursome for your vacation or golf trip. Townhouse offers 3 bedrooms and a pullout sleeper sofa. Unit comfortably sleeps 4 but could sleep up to 6 people if you double up in some beds. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to rent this unit. Townhouse is SMOKE FREE PLEASE, but plenty of outside lounging areas for that aspect. Stainless Steel Appliances, Washer / Dryer inside unit. 2 bikes and beach chairs for renters use. Unit also offers HIGH SPEED Internet Access, a Fax Machine and Cable TV. Outside table and chairs for relaxing times. Jeep in the picture is NOT included for use in this auction. NO PETS ALLOWED. A valid credit card, a copy of a valid driver's license and a cell phone number will be required prior to the keys being turned over. Auction is for a ONE WEEK Rental. Weeks to choose from in 2008 will be: 8/16 - 8/23, 8/23 - 8/30, 9/13 - 9/20, 9/20 - 9/27. Credit Card will be held and charged in case of damaged or missing items after the stay. Price of auction does include cleaning fee too. A Golfer's Guide book will also be included for your viewing pleasure. Members with multiple negative feedbacks will be cancelled so please only serious bidders please. Enjoy !
