The balance of the winning bid will be paid to a local title company who will also act as escrow agent. Buyer will be notified by email within 48 hours of further instructions regarding a formal contract of sale, identity of the title company, etc. First usage is 2009. Buyer is NOT responsible for the 2008 maintenance, which will be paid in full by seller.
