The parties and events are held on the premises and the marina is a block down the hill. This resort is on beautiful Medano Beach - the only "swimmable" beach in Cabo (the other areas have strong currents that will sweep you to Hawaii) Of all the properties on the beach, this one is closest to the marina. It is the perfect location for getting to the fishing and then relaxing and partying. I own this week as a time-share at this hotel and had planned to go to the tournament, but my schedule won't allow it this year. My loss is your gain. (over $5,000 per week) This deluxe 1 Bedroom Suite has one king-size bed, one queen-size sofa bed in the living room, full bathroom, kitchenette, dining room, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee-maker, microwave, kitchen utensils, iron, hair-dryer, telephone, and safety deposit box.
