Don’t forget to bring your clubs, because there’s no better place than South Floirda for world-class golfing, either!  " This is not a sales pitch vacation, and no time share presentation is required.  You are bidding on my week that I own, but am unable to use this year.  I have stayed at this resort, and highly recommend it to anyone who loves beach and water activities.  The diving was great, with great vis, and clear, warm (80+), water.  Lots of sea life, including:  tons of fish, eels, turtles, mantas, nurse sharks.  (Pura Vida Diving is located in the shopping center across from the resort.)Close to Ft. Lauderdale (20-30 mins) for nighttime activities.  I recommend the Jungle Queen Riverboat dinner cruise.  Orlando is about 3 1/2 hrs away, if you wish to continue your vacation there.There is an additional resort parking fee of $6/day, and a $1/day in room safe fee.  These additional fees are not included in the bid price.I am renting both of my two units, so if you have a large family or group, buy both, and you will have a two unit "lockout" (both connected w/ interior door, one unit bedroom will have 1 king bed, and the other bedroom 2 queen beds.  Everything else will be mirrored, two kitchens, sleeper sofas, bathrooms, etc.).
